Boufe- New Boutique Cafe

This is a couple of months old Boufe boutique cafe, located in the quaint area off Orchard Road at Pheonix Park. If you’re wondering how to pronounce the name, it is quite literally BOU-tique caFE (bu fay). It is a cafe plus a boutique.

I have to say that the place is really kinda secluded but it’s a little gem found. Its surrounding is quiet, good for an afternoon of peace and relaxation. If you would like, you can also do a little shopping at one of Singapore’s popular online store (now physical!) Oh Vola.

A couple of weeks back I told my husband I wanted to go and try but we didn’t have the chance until last Saturday. As I had to work half a day and my husband picked me up and went to a car workshop to do up his car modifications stuff, we had our lunch at a very late 4pm.

This is the main entrance to the cafe. And a girl will be there greeting you (aka me) welcome. Just kidding!! I just wanted to take an #ootd. I’m wearing:

Top: Theory of Seven

Skirt: Love Bonito

Bag: Chanel

Shoes: DMK

Love the front of the skirt, and loving the back of the top. Details details.

Special shoutout to The Fifth Collection! I was gifted the very beautiful Hermes bangle from them. Accessories for the day.

I read on some other people’s blog that their sweet treats are really awesome. I wanted to order a strawberry shortcake but after finishing our meals, we were too full to eat anything else.

This is their outdoor area, perfect for a tea party or a close to nature kinda wedding solemnization that has shelter. 🙂

My husband ordered a Triple B ($21) which is a crowd favorite apparently. This is your big breakfast by the way which consist of scrambled eggs, sausages, streaky bacon, sauteed mushrooms, butter croissants and plenty of greens. It looks so tasty and indeed it is. I took abit of the sausages from my husband’s plate. Oh yeah, we do things like that.. Grabbing each other’s food!

I ordered the smoked salmon croissant. The croissant had a tinge of honey to make it sweet and it has got to be one of the nicest croissant I have ever eaten in my life. I’m not exaggerating but it is this good. Or perhaps I’m not one who orders croissants all the time but yes, this is really awesome. The blend of the smoked salmon saltiness and the sweetness of the croissant was just perfect. I would go back for the same food definitely.

A nice backdrop so yes a picture please.

Make it 2. Lol..

The Unspoken Label is the first fashion label sponsoring me apparels and I’m thrilled to share with you more about the label.

Unspoken is a women’s clothing brand founded in 2013 from Singapore. The label aims to deliver fashionable and quality clothing that gives individuality and identity to the wearer.

Here, I’m featuring one of the label’s self-manufactured Victoria Open Back Romper in Maroon. Kindly refer to below pictures which showcases more of the exact color you will see. Somehow when I took the photos outdoor, it was rather difficult to get the exact color. I paired with my swanky sky-high Jimmy Choos and a Philip Lim bag.

Style is really about being yourself, so feel free to don the romper with ankle boots or ballerina flats for a different effect. I specifically love the open back because it looks sexy enough.

Check out the actual photos from the website. I comes in Black & White too but I picked Maroon because it’s a more unique color as compared to the usual monochrome.
